you guys, the fortress is extremely convoluted. Why is it so random and bizarre? Is it set up according to a pattern I can't see? And why, for Armok's sake, is there NO FOOD WHATSOEVER?!

I've decided to Do this periodically, in an update fashion(I.E. Post stuff, edit post with more news, edit again later, etc.)

The first thing I've decided to do as the leader is erect a giant tower to protect us from the outside world.

24th Granite: The first floor is complete, and I've put our more useless animals up for slaughter. Hopefully this will avert the famine we're currently enduring.

EDIT: Actually, I'm sorry, But I procrastinated so long, and your fortress is so weird and convoluted that this would be less of a privilage and more of a chore. I'd have to play for the next like 3 hours, and I frankly don't really feel like it right now. I'm going to pass. Sorry for making you wait so long for nothing.

I mean, it would be more fun if your fortress wasn't so unorganized. I mean, I had to use R to find the mason's shop, Half of your people were starving to death, and I didn't really know what to do. The most experience I've had with DF is barely past the first year, and never above like 20 dwarves.
