I wish that honey from bees that get pollen from eyeball grass and the like would taste like evil and corrupt the flesh and soul.
With a slight after taste of children's souls.

I should have said ginger instead of cinnamon! *facepalm* damnded missed opportunities.

So I guess it would have to be evil bees producing mad honey (though I'm not sure what an evil bee would look like...)

Also if the grass part of eyeball grass has eyeballs I shudder to think what the flowering part looks like.

I agree. Toxic honey (non-fermented) comes from toxic nectar. There's no need to portray bees as evil to have toxic or hallucinogenic honey. Some plants, not yet masters of symbiosis, are actually toxic or lethal to the bees who pollinate them.
