You'd sling a gun or sword over your shoulder if one of those two was available, but you lack these things, so instead you sling your dog over your shoulder. He takes it rather well, as he has yet to gnaw your face off. Tweety sees a threat in the distance, and lightning strikes the enemy, arc to the car next to the enemy, and blows up the car. The enemy is a fine paste on the former roads, and Tweety has sunglasses apparently.
