Migrants appearing in middle of map
« on: November 19, 2007, 01:28:00 pm »

As title, in the newest version I've had migrants appear not on the edge but at a random location in the middle of the map. Got a save that I can upload if this hasn't been reported yet.

They're not migrants, they're space aliens!

I'm not having this problem.

It probably only happens when your dwarves settle on an area that has zero access to the edge. It seems the wagon usually tries to find such a spot to drop on but I don't think it always happens.

:D    :D    :D    :D Woohoo!

It doesn't have to do with inaccessibility, in the previous version the migrants arrived as normal from the side, it's only after I updated last week that this started happening. It's not a problem as so far at least it hasn't dropped them somewhere unreachable and/or dangerous, but figured it wasn't WAD all the same.    ;)
