It seems that my marksdwarves are trying to pick up bolts that are inaccesable (stuck in enemies), so they just stand around and do nothing while trying to "pick up equipment"

Are you sure those are the bolts in question?  Stuck-ins are regular inventory items, so you'd expect them to be snatching bolts and other equipment from each other all the time if it were that broken.

No, i'm not sure, but it only happens when there are stuck ins, and it only happens to archers who don't have bolts.

Ah, i was wrong. It is ammo that is sitting in the stockpile...  but they are still standing around doing nothing while the path to the ammo is clear... would a save help?

Now i've seen other military dwarves getting stuck trying to pick up equipment that is accessable
