Human Pack animals not unloading goods

This has happened quite a few times to me, in eariler versions too. Human traders with pack animals will arrive at depo, but won't unload the goods, even though they show up on the trade screen. I can trade just fine, but the humans leave with the goods that I purchaced, along with the goods I used to buy them with!

I am however, able to to keep animals that I trade for, by assigning them to a new cage before the traders leave. Has anyone else noticed this?
