I was reading a player story on the civfanatics Civ4 story board. He was using the FFH modpack and was playing as the Khazad. Someone pointed out "I like the Boatmurdered reference", and after a couple posts talking about that I was compelled to look it up. And thus my descent into madness began.

I had some idea, but I thought the 'secret stuff' was something UNDER the clowns...

One of my first forts - 31.15? - embarked on a site with an open pillar of blue stuff.  When you get evil laughs from hell as soon as you unpause, you know something's wrong.  That ended very badly.

And then there's the time I found a very, very expensive sword in my stocks, but 60 levels down.  So I decided to go and get it.  It was an experience - a painful one, but an experience...
