I think I've got it. So last names translate into something in English, but first names don't. I think I just found the best named character EVER.

I'd like to name a future character of mine with that name.

"Hello there, what's your name?"
"Hello. I'm Ted SURPRISE! DIE!"

Brings a tear to knife-wielding psycopaths and pyromaniacs everywhere, doesn't it?

So in my case it brings me two tears.

Oh, no wonder I didn't see it, I didn't think it'd be in the adventure mode discussion. You find some pretty good dwarf surnames in dwarf mode too. =)
