Reminds me when I was adding a windmill farm atop an older tower of mine.  I removed one wrong tile of floor, and sent it crashing down about 20 Z's, destroying that many doors and killing two dwarves.  One was walking through one of the unfortunate doors, and the other was at the bottom, pushed via dust into the wall.

lol so dust killed your dwarf and what coal fumes did not kill him yet lol  ;D
