Can I please get somebody to verify this?
I've been using Dwarf Companion, so maybe that's to blame for this, but if somebody gets a berserk mood, please check to see what happens to their killer. For me at least, the result was that the killer became an enemy of the state.

Now, this could have been a couple things:
1. Using DC
2. Berserking may be bugged
3. The berserking creature was a noble.
