Delete Burrow Key

Please change the burrow delete key to some other less commonly used key. I have accidentally deleted burrows many times by forgetting to push escape twice before hitting the 'd' key for designations.

I completely agree that this should be the default setting, I just wanted to post the fix for anyone who hasn't seen it yet.  I know it has been posted before.

Open /data/init/interface.txt and find where it says
[BIND:D_BURROWS_DELETE:REPEAT_NOT]
[KEY:d]

Remove the [KEY:d] part and replace it with [SYM:4:d] and you'll have to push alt+d to delete burrows from now on, which isn't something you'll hit by accident.  You should end up with this:

[BIND:D_BURROWS_DELETE:REPEAT_NOT]
[SYM:4:d]

While you're at it, do the same for notes.  I don't delete them very often, but if you screw up, it's hard to mark your levers again:

[BIND:D_NOTE_DELETE:REPEAT_NOT]
[SYM:4:d]
