What should I use this magma for?

I'm gonna build a few magma smelters, but THAT IS NO FUN.
What else can I do?

Open a training center and literally melt the fat off your customers.

By customers I mean goblins. And stuff...

Pour Magma into your river / underground lake / ocean and see how long your PC can last before melting down and crashing :)

Use a pump stack and a tower to make an above ground goblin dipping pool/magma trap.

Cover your surface in magma fed by epic 100 z level tall magmafall towers, with interruptable magmafalls running over your entrances

They're nearly as bad as badgers. Build a couple of anti-buzzard SAM sites marksdwarf towers and your fortress will look like Baghdad in 2003 from all the aerial bolt spam. You waste a lot of ammo and everything is covered in unslightly exploded buzzard bits and broken bolts.
