If really serious- amputate. If a finger is infected, cause controlled cave-ins, spike traps, or really just anything to cut off the finger or hand to remove the infected body part altogether. I doubt it will be successful, but there is really not much else you can do.

Amputating a finger by means of cave-ins sounds gloriously dwarfish.
