civilian tasks combined with squads

basically, i might be in a situation where i want to have at least 2 herbalists on the job at all times, so having 4 herbalists that work in shifts of 2 would be awesome

maybe a herbalist squad with 2 active at any time in a squad would be the solution?

same with any civ task, i could for example have 4 woodcutters where 1 always cuts wood and 2 pick up the wood and bring it to the base and 1 has time off, and with time they take turns

cutting and gathering wood are diferent jobs.

Work groups have been suggested before, I like them. The ability could be linked to burrows or workshops when they get turned into rooms/zones (as suggested in a few other threads) and work groups assigned to them like squads to training. Hell, it would even enable an apprenticeship system to be worked in.

 The military interface is kind of a nightmare though.
