Well, you'll be able to attack ~15 times for every one of their attacks, so, yes.

Just give the enemies [SPEED:0] too. It will be (even more) like the Matrix.

My brain wouldn't be able to register the fast pace. :P

Is there a way just to increase the movement (as in walking) speed of the dwarves? Also, can it be enbaled without having to start a new game? Since if so, my thoughts would be use it, save it when I get an invasion message, disable it and fight fairly.

Yes, you can. Just go to creatures_default.txt in your save's raws, add [SPEED:whatever number], and poof! Speedy dwarves!
Theoretically, it should be possible to make dwarves walk a bit faster, but not pseudo-teleport-ish speeds. Instead of 0, put a bigger number like 900 or something. !!SCIENCE!! needs to be done to see what the default speed of the dwarves is.

Yes, you can simply adjust the value in the RAWs back and forth as much as you like. (Make sure to alter the RAWs in your saved folder!)

Also, be sure to keep "pause on announcements" for invasions. Otherwise you'll receive a siege and then BAM game over instantly.

Instead of 0, put a bigger number like 900 or something.
900 is the default speed.

Honestly at the time, I didn't see what could go wrong with crowding 80 military Dwarves into a small room with a necromancer for the purpose of making bacon.
