Hello.

On the preference screen, for labor, (v p l) I have seen that the job list repeats twice.

One Should be enough as when you get to the bottom on automatically are sent back to the top...

Hmm. going back to a new fortress : it seems now ok. I don't if it was for all dwarfs, just the immigrants, neiher when it started...
