I know there's plenty of topics about meetings, I didn't see one with this particular combination though.  The mayor was having a meeting with legendary bowyer, suddenly he leaves and the bowyer looks confused and has attend meeting on still.  The mayor had job "Go Shopping".

The mayor tried to do another job, then it looked like the bowyer went to the manager and attended meeting there until he had No Job.  The manager had "Attend meeting", now both the manager and mayor have conduct meeting, and a planter looks like hes meeting with the manager.

edit: after that, the manager finished but the mayor was still in Conduct meeting.  The mayor just took a break to go eat, and now the manager is in "Attend Meeting" status, he's the only one with any kind of meeting status at the moment.
