Raising Attributes?
« on: January 17, 2011, 12:48:45 pm »

I feel sort of like a noob asking this, but... are you able to raise your attributes beyond their original point when you start a new adventurer?

For example, if I create a peasant, and have only 15 points to spend originally, can my attributes go up as I adventure, like skills do? Or do they remain the same no matter how many eyes I gouge, or corpses I throw? I just want to know. I don't want to be stuck using peasants which can't get any physically stronger than I make them.

Your skills WILL improve over time. But it will of course take more time than improving skills.

Stuff like agility improve with dodging.

Strength, willpower, endurance, toughness, kinsethic sense, spatial sense, all improve if I remember correctly.  I usually put points in recuperation because it lets you heal faster and when playing peasant I put the last one into strength.  The other ones really don't matter very much as of now.

@Angelarm, he should put points in agility too.

It's more useful to not get hit then getting hit and having to recover.

All right then. So... recuperation and agility are good? I'd kinda like to have some endurance if I'm fighting a long battle, too.... I've found that many deaths are caused by exhaustion in the middle of a dangerous battle. Anyone know a good way to train strength? I'd like to be able to throw enemies a lot as a wrestler.

Exhaustion shouldn't be a problem if you rest at a town every night.

Also social att's like Musicality and sumsuch have no use at all and can be used to up your attribute points.
