So, it's been a while since I've started a thread, and the request megathread scares and makes me lost. So, how about games with tarot cards/themes as a core gameplay element?

The only thing I can really think of with it would be the IRE MUDs, which tend to have tarot as a tertiary skill. This, I am not fond of. Mostly because they're IRE MUDs.

So! Anyone have any suggestions for this obscure little request?

Ogre Battles. It's an RPG/RTS hybrid, but a few mechanics (like character generation) revolve around the Tarot. Plus, it's just an awesome game anyways.

Persona 3 has some loose links to the Tarot.

I think only the SNES one has Tarots though. The N64 one has an elements thing instead.

I think there is an MMO that is wholly based around Tarot called Iris Online. It's f2p, and it's features related to Tarot include Major Arcana themed dungeons, and a Tarot reading system that gives you a title after each reading which gives buffs. It's found here, at gPotato.
