Its wasn't the bd site, it was the bd server. Theres quite a few ISPs in the US that have it cached as their default google server. At least, thats how I understand the fact that its affected quite a few people over here. Who knows though.

interesting. Im' only mildly interseted though, as websites get hacked all the time, and big ones are bigger targets. I also think its' funny that it's a single server among who knows how many that google has.

I wonder how long it took google to fix it?

Also, I noticed on Techcrunch that only the display was changed. The search functioned normally. thus all the data that is stored on google about people? still safe apparently.

Well, I was just using google for a while and still came across it, so it looks like it might not be fixed yet.

That or my browser cached it and just decided to call from the cache for some reason.
