Big designations of ramps cause phantom cave-ins

Ramps cease to exist if they aren't connected to a piece of floor at a higher level, and somehow this can lead to cave-ins where nothing actually falls.

Incidentally, ramps are generally much safer than channels for making pits out of, aside from this.
