This isn't strictly a game bug but,
the forum has been frequently dropping the connection without warning, which just became a major problem when a long elegantly worded post I created got deleted without a trace, because of a dropped connection when I hit submit.

Most browsers (i.e. FireFox) chache that information and you can either hit Refresh (and then OK) to resubmit, or you can hit Back and view the post reply page with your text still entered.

I have not been having this problem.   Where do you live and/or what sort of connection do you use?
