Eating

What's up with eating? In every adventure I've started eating has been useless and unnecesary, is there any point to eating as an adventurer at all?.

As per the latest notice, eating and drinking has been disabled at the moment, pending updates/changes.

Hunger and thirst were disabled for now because quick travel probably wouldn't get rid of them (it no longer gets rid of drowsiness), and there aren't enough survival skills implemented to make managing it manageable.

However, in previous versions having a lot of food on you was a necessity for going to places you couldn't quick travel out of, like caves or mountains.

I see... I wondered if it was there to somehow affect recovery or something like that. Well thanks.

Eating prepared elf hearts in a Night Creature lair is amusing though.

Even if aren't hungry, it will still get you fat though if you eat enough/too much...

...just like real life!
