I'm trying to think how a Sims LP would work, but I can't really see it happening. Of course you could do anything with a big enough imagination I guess

Less of a let's play, more of a community sims family or whatever. You just have people describe their sim, whack them all in a house together and put it on high autonomy, then you just let's play it.
There was one being done a while back but it died. I just think it's a pretty fun concept.

Just tried Tropico 3.

It's resistant to screenshots. Every time I tried, it'd end up screenshotting my desktop instead.

Two things that might help.


1. Get Greenshot. It allows you to take partial screenshots and modify them before saving 'em. You also don't have to use paint or any such. I use it for my Homeworld LP. Some google foo should find it for you.

2. Take a screenshot on the main screen first, before getting into the game. I don't know why this works, but on Homeworld about 2/3s of the time if I don't take a screenshot first on the main screen, it goes to the desktop or some weird black space.

"Edit" Also, don't commit yourself to too much. Running two LPs, while seemingly simple, its quite the time consumer.

And if real life happens or something that means you can't continue; having two lps going at once means twice the disappointment in you.

I voted Tropico 3, mainly cause I'm into it too right now.

I honestly didn't like it  much myself, hard for me to explain though, mainly about army manegment & naval stuff I think.. haven't played in awhile though.
