Moving on. I just thought of another excellent use for a Cauldron building: Laundry.

Noble and more fastidious dwarves should require their clothes to be cleaned, which is done in cauldrons, employing soap if possible. Fuel shouldn't be required until it's needed for kitchens.

This would also allow for the time-honoured Washerwoman disguise in Adventure Mode.

...and now I think about it, the idea of a couple of Kobold Master Thieves dressing up in a big cat-leather cloak to sneak in as a "washerdwarf" is too amusing to not think about.

It fills me with dread. In cat leather, no dwarf will ever recognize them as non-dwarves!
