For earliest possible siege, I'd put [PROGRESS_TRIGGER_PROD_SIEGE:1] so making an unknown (Toady won't tell us) money amount of items will trigger the "siege may come" parameter.

They say back in 40d, trigger zero meant "comes right away". Now zero apparently means "will not trigger from this".
