Masterworks used in artifacts cause Tantrums

When masterwork items are used to create artifacts for fey and possessed dwarves, it registers as their being lost with the usual reprocussions. So far I've only noted this with  masterwork cloth.

This is bug 215.  I'll hopefully get it fixed up when I can find time.
