[Turgid Bolk]

The first thing my 7 dwarves encountered was a giant cave spider...it killed several dogs and 3 of the dwarves. The remaining dwarves all lost limbs except one.

Now the three who lost limbs have been lying unconscious for a month or so. One of them got elected Expedition Leader. The single guy who was conscious and mobile was tantrumming, and tried to have a meeting with the Leader...except he's unconscious.

Now the leader is healed up, just missing a leg is all. But he's still unconscious, and still has the "Conduct Meeting" job. The single mobile guy constantly has "Attend Meeting" except when he wanders off to eat, drink, or sleep. Looks like they're all going to starve or dehydrate since the one guy who can do anything sits around waiting for the leader to wake up. Drafting does nothing to either of them.

Executive summary: Unconscious dwarves try to conduct meetings, causing anyone trying to attend to stand around waiting. This is especailly bad since people with lost limbs take forever to wake up.
