Skipped Migration Waves?

Dwarf Therapist is telling me that migration waves 8 & 9 were totally skipped over.  They appear as waves with zero members.  They didn't show up until #10 arrived...  Is this anything that I should be concerned about?

Babies being born get their own wave, because of how DT calculates waves. If children have been dieing, it possible you don't have anyone left alive in that "wave".
