Shouldn't "Offerings from" in Civilizations m

I'm looking at the 'c'ivilizations menu, and it says Imports from (place): xxxx and Offerings from (place): xxxx.  Shouldn't that be "Offerings to" (place)?

It says Offerings From (Your Fortress) =p
