Definitely Subterranean Tiles reading as Above Ground

Like the title says, I have tiles that SHOULD be subterranean but are instead showing as Above ground.

Yeah, this one is a bugger.  Water freezing that you'd rather not, and farms seizing up.

I have this problem left, right and center - and I know a lot of people have it associated with farms, but also have it on levels with no farm at all and I had it before I built my farm.

And I've noticed that my dwarves rarely (if ever?) will (d)ump stones that are in Dark Above Ground (but not really) tiles.

If you have disabled "gather refuse from outside", they will never dump stones in tiles that think they are above-ground.

Obviously.  I just am not thinking of these as "above ground" tiles.
