Crimecraft Bleedout

So this is free on steam and seems pretty cool.  I think some other bay 12ers are playing it so I'm starting a thread.

I go by Vellum in game and have taken to using an AR and a pistol with nothing in the 3rd slot, profession tailoring.

Maybe we can form a gang or something? I'd drop my current one like a bad habit to join up.

Edit: Why can't I stop playing this??

If not under Neotemplar look for Vellum.

I bumbled around with this for a while.  It's interesting, and I enjoy some of the gun play and tactics that come with some of the skills (Though some skills just stink).  There's just dozens of design choices that push me away from it: the insanely gory explosion deaths, the clunky setting, how paying players have significant, almost ridiculous advantages over others (Almost pay-to-win, but not quite), and paying real cash to be somewhat cool looking...  I got to level 17, and had very few clothing choices to choose from: The pink high-waters and odd looking tank tops I got from the vendor (And couldn't see how they looked before buying them) don't give me the impression that I'm a hardcore gangster.  Though, it makes me laugh seeing women run around fighting in tiny bikinis.

It was fun to take for a spin, but once the flaws started glaring a bit hard at me, the game lost its savor, merely becoming over-the-top and frustrating.
