You know, I could have sworn you could mod mandates out of the game these days. Why are we still dealing with this inanity? Does it not work?

But where's the fun if we don't have any more excuse to permanently dispose of a few dwarfs in a needlessly cruel, painful, complex, and possibly dangerous for the rest of the fortress, way?
