HFS (spoiler)
« on: March 04, 2011, 11:53:58 pm »

Hey guys, this might seem like a dumb thing to ask, but i was hoping to swamp my fortress with demons. I have breached hell via all three of the adamantine tubes i can find, and i have no swarm of demons attacking.

How can i get the demons to destroy my fortress?

Wow, really?  That's your problem?  Huh, well... use DFReveal, find where the demons are, and dig over to them.  They may be in another tunnel somewhere.  Failing that... move your fort into hell.

Correction, build a dining room/meeting hall in hell.

Actually I was planning on doing this too, I was going to start a fortress in the elf capitol, dig down into a hell then abandon the fortress. Seems like a good way to deal with the hippies.

You can't start on elf settlements anymore.

Iv seen people who haven't had a redheaded person in their family for quite a while, and then out of nowhere two out of three of their children have red hair.
What color was the mailman's hair?

Yes, not being able to start on elf settlements is saddening and destructive to my plans. No one else seems deserving of demon infestations though.

As for releasing demons, since you've already got one hole dug, use dfreveal, maybe it will piss them off enough to come get you.

Honestly i have dug into all three ady tubes. Ive used dfreveal a whole bunch.

It is driving me mad.

I just want to see my fortress die in flames...

Is that too much to ask for?

Really man, if you found the circus there is no problem in flooding your fortress in Magma, is making a pumpstack really that hard? Its aways fun to bring the Magma Sea to the ground. Strike Burn the Earth! Ah, and if you do that, please send us screenshots. :D
