[33d] Kobolds attack Kobolds

Specifically, The Kobold ambushers attack the Kobold Thieves.  And thats not all, when the Bowmen detect the thief, I get the "Thief!" and the thief detects the ambusher giving be the "Ambush!" message.  And I get to see them even though my dwarves are nowhere near them.  The thieves try to run, and the bowmen shoot them down.

Is this a bug, or are thieves treated as skulking filth by the Kobolds too.  I wouldn't be surprised if those Kobold thieves are wanted criminals where they come from.
