Frame Rate [33e]

I hesitate to call this a bug, but I dunno where else to put it and it's not something I can see (from my limited understanding) should have happened as a result of 33e.

I'm getting about 25% better FPS and I can't figure out why.

I mentioned it in case there was some major hook not being called, thus allowing a helluva lot better performance.

But if it's just a positive trend from general bug-fixed-ness, do please to be leaving it in.
