Bandit spawned in farm house with messy results

Travel map with bandit camp to the east (right)

I modded the game to allow elf and dwarf bandits. My adventurer's first quest was to kill an elf bandit in a camp near a hamlet. At the camp, I only found the lackeys, but not the bandit leader who I was supposed to kill. When I returned to town and visited the store, I was able to report the successful kill of the bandit. Confused, I walked around town until I saw blood on the walls of a house and wounded crawling out the door. It looks like the elf bandit leader spawned inside a house and murdered people!

This is so horrible it should be a feature.

CSI: DF

The elf was killed with a iron slicing knife by an uninjured human farmer in the house.

One of the wounded outside had a knife with the elf's blood on it, as did one of the wounded indoors. None of the deceaseds' knifes' had blood spatter.

The elf's bronze war hammer had 3 human kills listed and was covered in human blood. The elf's left hand was severed and a human copper knife was found stuck-in the body.

Most of the blood in the house was from the elf. I guess that hammers don't cause as much bleeding as knives. There are 4 human  bodies, so at least 1 victim's death was not attributed to the elf's hammer.

It looks like...
*pulls on -sunglasses-*
...the hamlet dropped the hammerer

Heh, cool! :D
Never watched CSI, though... But it reminds me of when I was playing Fable 1(bit of a disappointment), and I'd rampage through some little village, bringing a big bunch of bandits from the bandit camp...
Anyway, I'd teleport away once I was there, leaving them, and some of them would survive.
I remember there was this one part of the town, it was like the 'shady' part, with bandits loitering around whenever I passed, occasionally beating up the townsfolk. :P

So wait, ambushes and attacks on sites will now occur even after worldgen or what? (That would be so cool)

No, I don't think so, sadly. :( That's be great!
What happened here, I think, was the bandit camp was a little close to the village, and when the adventurer approached, the bandit leader spawned in the village, which was still technically part of the camp, because it was so close. :)
