I've read a bit about Genesis mod for adventure mode and was wondering if it's pretty stable and what I can expect to experience if I run around a world generated with it. Experiences?

How much have you played vanilla?

Vanilla is way easy compared to genesis, but genesis feels rich in lore monsters/plants/ etc.... there are monsters everywhere and tons of dangerous things it's hardcore but really fun. There are many races to choose from and some races have special '' abilities '' like the mind flayer *illithid from dungeons and dragons*  who can fly or use mind powers, Give it a try it's lots of fun and the graphics by deon are really pretty. Not an ad disclaimer or anything just saying i love genesis

No offense to toady or anything but I spend most of my time in genesis....I play vanilla for a bit after a new release so genesis can catch up then I switch over

I've played a lot of vanilla but never really played adventure mode until last release. Genesis sounds good for adventure mode, do you guys recommend it for fortress mode as well?

Both vanilla and genesis rock i got two separate folders and play both
