Navigating the manual

I'm trying to navigate the in-game manual to catch up on adventurer changes in .17, but I'm having a hard time navigating the manual.  Seems like the only button that works is enter, which is always on "Introduction" because I none of the keys do anything.  What am I doing wrong?
