Dump damn you! FIXED

So yeah running 31 16 and for some reason my quantum dump isn't working. I have another fort in a different world which has one and it works fine.

Any ideas? (no burrows, totally accessible, dwarfs with all hauling enabled and idling)


EDIT: ah right; ignore refuse from outside was on

Is the stuff to be dumped marked as forbidden?

If not, is the dump zone marked as garbage dump and active?
