A pool of dwarf pus.

Very... appealing.

I just found it while examining the lower levels of a recently finished wall.  The thread title pretty much explains what the k menu reveals.  How would I go about tracking down where it may have come from?

Someone probably washed it off.

Check your healthcare screen for injured dwarves.
