faction based games

hey im just wondering has anyone else found any games with factions in them? kinda like the Eldar scrolls factions where you join them and then rank up and get higher in the faction and stuff like that. or where like factions are at war ect....

If you're looking for an MMO, Pardus has heavy reliance on factions.

Although, since I've stopped playing, I've heard that it's a pain in the ass for anyone, even especially neutral people, to get around, since many people in the larger(and generally faction-aligned) alliances block sectors off.

It's also Action Point-based and grind-heavy, and not everyone likes that.

Fallen Earth is a MMO with 6 distinct factions and a nice big seamless post-apocalyptic world. I got bored of it eventually but played it much longer than most MMOs i tried.
