Urist McNobleWannaBe has become an Administrator?

He shows up in the unit list as purple, with the job title of Administrator. I already have a mayor, manager and bookkeeper, thanks -- what's with this Administrator title?

he has noble skills like Proficient Bookkeeper, but, you haven't made him a noble, like the title said, he is a Noble Wanna be...

Probably a product of the mechanism according to which dwarves with points in Appraisal arrive as Traders etc.
