I have been modding DF for a couple years now, and there is one thing that I still don't get:
CUSTOM WORKSHOPS

so I need help.
I want to create a workshop called Molekh's altar. (hotkey 'M')
It should be able to:
create obsidian pillars when presented with wood.
Create Dwarf skulls when presented with any stone (if possible)
and to create thrones made of petrified wood when presented with (if possible) dwarf skulls.
Oh, and barrels of blood from thin air.

I hope someone will be able to help me out. I will owe them my appreciation.
