Agh, due to delays (my mayor made a demand for a slade item and had to be pressure-washed into my second cavern--and unfortunately with one of my miners, a thresher, an engineer, a grower, a bone doctor, and a dog), testing will proceed tomorrow afternoon. The excitement is palpable in my fortress.

Balls! Further delays caused by a pair of gobbo ambushes.

Morale is lower than I'd like, so I will simply use the entire next migrant wave as test subjects rather than risking tantrum spirals.
