To replicate this bug:
1. make a stock[p]ile
2. [q]uery the stockpile
3. change ettings
4. use the down arrow to reach the 'Additional Options' menu item in the left-side column

The right-side display will be the display for 'Armor'. I believe this to be a bug.  

If you use the up arrow to reach 'Additional Items', you get the right-side display for 'Additional Options'.

I get the additional options menu for both up and down scrolling.  Are you sure you're going all the way down and not just stopping on the armor option which is just above the 'additional options'?

Edit: Above was for a non-armor stockpile.  When trying to get an exclusive armor stockpile I get the same thing as Seshat.
