WorldGen: Can first caves start deeper?

Hi,
my question is simple, is there a world_gen parameter, or any other way to make sure the first caverns can start only ex. 15 tiles below soil?

Or crank it higher to be safe.

Just to note: that is a minimum. And it's between the upper parts of the first cavern and the lowest above ground on your map (save for volcano centers which will span most of the map). So you'll likely have more layers to dig through..
