Hmm...do crutches work nowadays?
« on: October 08, 2010, 04:51:02 am »

Hi,

I have a dwarf in my hospital who has "lost the ability to stand", but has no other wounds anymore. Do I have to assign crutches to him somehow? Will he pick them up himself? Do crutches even work??  :'(

Nope, sorry.  He'll be an invalid for the rest of his life.

I hav a mechanic who can't stand. But he still got into a fey mood. It was sad to watch him crawl around the dungeon to get the ingredients. But in the end he was able to create a gypsum mechanism! Way to go! :D

Damn, he was a good fighter.

Gonna have to lock the door to the hospital now and wait until he falls asleep...forever.

Decinstruct a bed under him and channel that tile. Cover with floor. Put a statue above his mausoleum.
