Well I recently got back into Dorf fort, figured out the new systems and all was looking well. Then 26 new migrants showed up. I'm only in the spring of my 2nd year and have 43 dwarves. How should I go about handling all these dwarves? I'm using dwarf therapist which makes it a bit easier.

Also is there anyway to separate dwarves into groups in dwarf therapist? It used to put them in groups like miner, farmer, etc.
