You know you're a DF player when your first reaction to that message is "oops, typo" rather than "oh shit I'm dead."

He he, TT caught that one yesterday gouging the eyes out of a cougar.  I wonder why all the typos are being reported in twos now.

Not a typo, but in a similar vein - "The giant releases the grip of The giant's right hand on your right ear.". Maybe use "his"/"her"/"its" instead of mentioning the creature a second time? Same with breaking grips. It's alright when you break someone's grip on you, but when some creature does it, you get "The demon breaks the grip of Your right upper arm on The demon's right lower leg."

And there's always the issue of 'hammermans'.

Not that it comes up very often (or at all, in native DF), but it's something.
